地黃酒 Jihwangsul (지황술)
Jihwangju is a wine steeped with jihwang, the root of a figwort-family herb. Depending on how it is processed the root goes by three names, fresh, dried, and steamed. The Dongui Bogam enters the wine among the grains and refers the reader to the miscellaneous-methods chapter for the recipe.
