淮安菉豆酒 Hoeannokduju (회안녹두주)

Hoeannokduju is the wine brewed at Huai'an with mung bean worked into the yeast starter. Donguibogam lists it alongside other regional wines in the grain section, and the mung bean in that starter is the single mark the note gives it.
