寒食麵 Hansingmyeon (한식면)
Hansikmyeon is the wheat noodle boiled and eaten on Hansik, the spring day of cold food. The Grain section records that leftover noodles were gathered, dried over a fire, and stored for later use. It is a rare entry in which a seasonal dish itself becomes the material.
