桐油 Odong Gireum (오동 기름)
Dongyu, as the Donguibogam describes it, is oil pressed from tung-tree seed. The same oil is sold today as tung oil, brushed onto timber as a finish or worked into varnish and oiled paper. The text records it as cold in nature and slightly toxic.

性冷, 微毒. 付惡瘡疥, 鼠咬瘡.
Its nature is cold and it carries slight toxicity. It is applied to malign sores, scabies, and wounds from a rat's bite.
HomiclubDongyu is the oil pressed from paulownia seed. Oil pressed the same way from the seed of the tung tree is what is called tung oil today, used for wood finishes, paints, and oiled paper.
